I was an employee for nearly fifteen years in a trading company. I left the company last year to put up my own e commerce business. I have a store online selling cosmetic products. The company I worked for used QuickBooks for their transactions and operations. Before leaving the company I asked someone in the finance department “how do I use QuickBooks program?”
The finance person at first looked at me in an odd manner. So I asked her again: “how do I use QuickBooks program?”. She told me that it was relatively easy; I had to understand the how it could help with the business I was trying to put up. She said QuickBooks basically covers finance components for vendors, customers and employees. Once I understood this principle, it was easy for me to grasp the concept and to study how I can apply this program to my business.
