When it is time to find a bookkeeper and if you use QuickBooks your quest is not as hard as you think. You need to look for someone that is able to keep a checkbook and work with a computer. They shouldn’t have a problem understanding QuickBooks.
Bookkeeping in QuickBooks is so easy just about anyone can learn to do it. Bookkeeping is essentially the recording of financial transactions. With QuickBooks it is just a matter of recording in the proper place. Transactions include sales, purchases, income and payments. This job is very different then the accountant. After the bookkeeper puts in the transactions, the accountant can create reports and analyze the records.
