~Buy the software only from reliable dealers
~Install it on your computer

~Take note of the three main categories: home, customers, vendors
~Click add new vendor
~Click on new transaction and enter appropriate data
~View vendors list (this will also reflect their transactions)
~ View the report in excel form by clicking on “excel” button
~For letters and other correspondences, press “word”
