Software programs are really intended to make our lives easier as far as accounting system is concerned. However, there are certain situations when we have to migrate some data from the existing program (no matter how powerful it is) to a software that we are comfortable to use. This is one of the main reasons why QuickBooks export feature became one of its main selling points. The exported data can then be used for any reportorial needed by the user.
QuickBooks export can be done by logging in to the administrator account. Then you can choose the file by clicking at the “file” menu at the top of the program. From the file menu, you can choose the “Export” button and choose that data that you want to export. Some versions will allow you to choose how you want the format of the data to be once exported. After clicking “Ok” export process will begin and will prompt you to save the file.
