You can use these in reporting, data management and more.
Here are the simple steps to get you started using your data exported from Quickbooks:
1. Start the program and log in to the administrator account
2. Click on the file menu at the top of the program then choose “Export”
3. Select the data you want to export. Depending on the version of Quickbooks that you have, select how you want to format the data that you export. Click “OK”.
4. After Quickbooks creates the export file, you will be prompted to save it.
5. Click “Save” and remember where you saved the file so you can easily find it later.
