There are many questions people have when they use QuickBooks. Most of the QuickBooks Pro questions have to do with adding information or setting up reports. Here is an unusual one: How many monitors should I have if I use QuickBooks Pro? Bookkeepers have to have many windows open. There is alot of multi-tasking going on. Examples of some of the windows that need to be open are QuickBooks, Excel and MS Word.
If you have a second monitor then you can see two programs at the same time. If you position the windows properly then you can even see four windows at the same time. Think about how much time that could save you. You can go between the monitors simply by moving your mouse left or right.
